Phoenix left Amigold in March 2008 to become a full time hunting companion and best friend to George & Marlene Squires and family in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Phoenix is and excellent marking and handling dog, he did extremely well in his short Field Trial career with a Derby 3rd and Jam in very limited tries.  He ran a few AM Quals then because of personal reasons that had nothing to do with Phoenix he came home to Amigold to be our hunting companion.  We weren't shootin enough birds for this dog so he left on his adventure to Calgary and has found bird heaven on earth with his new owners.  Phoenix is available at limited public stud, contact Terry Thornton for information.  Visit Phoenix's kid page...
